On 20 March 2026, ASSESS Doctoral Candidates visited Thales Alenia Space in Turin, Italy, as part of the second training event. The visit provided participants with valuable insights into industrial applications of advanced aerospace technologies and Structural Health Monitoring (SHM). It also offered an excellent opportunity to connect academic research with industrial practice and strengthen collaboration between the ASSESS consortium and industry.

The second training event of the ASSESS project took place at Politecnico di Torino (POLITO), Turin, Italy, on 16–20 March 2026. On October 13-17, 2025, the first training event of the ASSESS project took place at WUT, Warsaw, Poland. Doctoral candidates and supervisory team have met in person and get to know each other through various social activities.
